There are three steps you must take:
- Make a daily, weekly, or monthly list of everything you want and/or need to do.
- Once you’ve made your list, set a time limit for yourself to complete each of the jobs, efforts, and so on.
- Now that you’ve got it, go to your online calendar and fill in each of the tasks, endeavors, or things you need or want to perform.
When you’re done, you’ll be pleasantly delighted to discover that you now have at least 5 – 10 hours (or more) of free time per week to do whatever you want.
