Dr. Len Schwartz- Using “Thank You” to generate more new business
What if you could express genuine gratitude to your patients, clients, or customers while also using that expression to encourage recommendations?
It’s a simple two-parter that runs like this:
Your active database of patients, clients, or customers will receive a direct mail letter or email from you expressing your gratitude for them and your desire to continue helping them and bettering their lives.
Based on the company, items, or services you offer, elaborate a little bit more on this.
You’ll pose the following query at the end of the letter: “Do you have a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor who wants the same outcomes as you do but is unsure of what to do, where to turn, or whom to trust?”
You anticipate that a portion of those folks will respond to you. They’ll let you know they do have a friend, relative, coworker, or neighbor they think you should talk to by calling your office or sending you an email.
The rest is up to you.
It has a cozy feeling. It is satisfying.
I have no doubt that you’ll achieve enormous success by doing this.
