Dr. Len Schwartz- Why You Should Limit Your Availability For New Prospects
Hey, it’s Dr. Len with your Cut The Yo-Yo marketing minute, where you’ll finally learn how to stop the ups and downs and take control of your company’s growth and income.
I’d like to discuss a common blunder made by many business owners when they receive a referral or a prospect who expresses an interest in learning more about how you can assist them.
For example, a business owner might say, “Hey, whenever you want to talk, I’ll make the time, we can talk on the phone at any time of day or night.”
Now, here’s the issue.
You can’t possibly have all of that free time if you’re the best of the best, the expert. You should be focused on helping your patients, clients, or customers.
As a result, promising to chat at any time of day, whenever they’re ready, is the polar opposite of what the best of the best, very busy expert would do.
Instead, offer a time or two over the following few days, so they know you’re busy but will do them a favor and make time for them.
