This marketing idea is the result of a conversation I had with Jay Abraham, so I need to give him the credit.
One day we were discussing different ways to grow my business. Then, he told me very simply that there are three ways to grow a business:
1) Increase the number of customers/clients that you have;
2) Increase the frequency in which you see them; and
3) Increase what you earn from them.
Here’s a challenge for you. Take out your calculator. Look at how many clients/customers you have, how frequently you see them, and how much you earn from each person.
Then, add 20% on top of those numbers. My guess is that you will be shocked to see that you can practically double your business, as well as what you earn, simply by increasing each of these 3 factors by 20%.
If you want to (almost) double your practice, set a goal to grow by 20% in the next six months. Lay out a plan on how you will accomplish this goal. (Hint: Use the marketing strategies included in the monday-morning-marketing program).
Enjoy the growth!
