Let’s discuss the benefits of starting a campaign to reactivate dormant clients or customers.

I’m referring to all of the folks from whom you haven’t heard, who haven’t visited again, who haven’t made a purchase from you, etc. You are unaware of their whereabouts or the reasons they haven’t done business with you. 

Now is the time to start an effort, which consists of two things:

  1. Emailing someone 
  2. Calling all of those people to confirm that they received your email with a special invitation to return to your life, visit your business, make a purchase from you, etc.

You’ll find out why they haven’t shopped with you recently, why they haven’t engaged you for a particular service, or why they haven’t been back when you have these interactions with them.
