I want to discuss how important it is to have weekly meetings with your staff.
I’m referring to regular employee meetings. Maintaining a pulse on what is effective and ineffective is important. I’m referring to all administrative actions, procedures, processes, and so forth. You want to be aware of what is and isn’t working for you as well as what may be changed, enhanced, or eliminated.
Not only will you become more efficient as you start to dial in and have all of those processes and procedures functioning for you at a very high level, but your business will also become more efficient.
