The Value of Launching a Patient/Client Reactivation Campaign
Let’s discuss the benefits of starting a campaign to reactivate dormant clients or customers.
I’m referring to all of the folks you haven’t heard from, who haven’t revisited, who haven’t made a purchase from you, etc. You are unaware of their whereabouts or why they haven’t done business with you.
Now is the time to start an effort, which consists of two things:
- Email them
- Call all of those people to confirm that they received your email with a special invitation to return to your life, visit your business, make a purchase from you, etc.
You’ll find out why they haven’t shopped with you recently, why they haven’t engaged you for a particular service, or why they haven’t been back when you have these interactions with them.
