As a business owner, you want to have patients, clients, or customers that know, like, trust, love, value, and appreciate you. And you want them to brag about you to their friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors.
One tactic that will help with all of that is this one.
The checkup and check-in are what I refer to as.
How frequently do you check in with your patients, clients, or customers to discuss their progress, status, or improvement in relation to whatever it is that you are doing with and for them?
If you’re not already doing it, start planning these frequent phone calls or in-person meetings so you can track their development.
Your patients, clients, or customers are aware of your greatness as well as the fact that you are assisting them at every stage so they can achieve their desired outcomes.
