Let’s discuss the benefits of launching a patient client or customer reactivation campaign.
I’m referring to all of the folks you haven’t heard from, who haven’t returned, who haven’t purchased from you, and so on.
You have no idea where they are, or why they haven’t done business with you.
It’s time to initiate an effort which will consist of two components:
- composing and sending an email
- Calling all of those email contacts to confirm that they received your email, and a great offer to come back into your life, back into your business, buy products/services from you, and so on.
You’ll learn why they haven’t come back, why they haven’t bought anything, or why they haven’t engaged your services, products or solutions.
Launch this effort.
You’ll find yourself scheduling a lot of people and picking up a lot of useful information in the process.
