As a business owner you want to have patients, clients, or customers that know, like, trust, love,value and appreciate you. And, you want them to tell their friends, family members, coworkers, and neighbors how great you are.
This is one strategy that’s going to support all of that.
I call it the checkup and the check-in.
How many times per year do you have progress, update, check in or check-up conversations with your patients, clients, or customers to evaluate their progress, status or improvement with whatever it is that you’re doing with and for them?
If you’re not doing this, start scheduling these regular calls or in-person meetings so that you can document their improvement.
Your patients, clients, or customers know not only how great you are, but that you’re helping them every step along the way to get their desired end results.
