Dr. Len Schwartz- Using “Thank You” to generate more new business.
What if you could thank your patients, clients or customers in a way that feels good…and use that thank you as a way to generate referrals.
It’s a two-parter quick and easy, and it goes like this:
You’re going to send a direct mail letter or an email out to your active database of patients, clients or customers, letting them know how much you appreciate them and how grateful you are to be able to help them and improve their lives in some way.
Elaborate on this a little bit more based on the business, products or the services you provide.
At the end of that letter, you’re going to ask a question and the question is, “Do you have a friend, family member, coworker or neighbor that wants the same results that you have, but just doesn’t know what to do, where to go or who to trust?”
Your expectation is that a percentage of those people will reply back to you. They’ll call your office or email you and let you know that they do have a friend, family member, coworker or neighbor that they think you should talk to.
