Today I want to talk about how hiring a new employee can not only help you build your brane, name and fame in your community, but also generate more new business.
I call it the group interview.
I tell all of my clients, every time you want to hire a new employee, do a group interview first.
Get 10 or 15 people together, either in person or over zoom.
Let them know in advance how and why you’re better/different, why you’re uniquely qualified, why your services and solutions are better/different than everyone else.
Then, you’re going to get to the qualifications of exactly who and what you’re looking for in a new employee.
Leverage that same time and get 10, 15 or more people to go back into their world with the information and insight you just shared with them about how and why you’re the best.
This will build your name, brand, fame, stimulate referrals and help you secure your position as an expert.
