Dr. Len Schwartz- Nail in Wood- Effective and Efficient Tools

I was teaching my son a lesson and I handed him a piece of wood with a nail inside. I asked him to hammer the nail in with pliers. He was frustrated. He realized it was an inefficient process and he just wasn’t getting the desired result he wanted, which of course was to get the nail all the way inside the wood.

So, I handed him the hammer and said, “why don’t you go ahead and try this hammer and see what happens ?”. It was a much easier, effective, and efficient process.

What’s the point of this example?

Too many business owners continue to use the same old, outdated, ineffective, inefficient systems, processes and procedures to generate the desired results they want (i.e. clients, income freedom success)

The one thing that could have changed everything for them is simply using smarter, more effective, more efficient processes, procedures, tools, systems, and efforts.
