Hey, this is Dr. Len Schwartz. Today I want to talk about how you can enjoy an extra 5 – 10 hours of free time every week using this system.
There are three things you need to do:
1. Create a list of everything you want and/or need to accomplish on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
2. Assign a time limit for you to implement each one of those tasks, efforts, etc.
3. Go to your online calendar and plug and play each one of those tasks, efforts or things you need or want to do.
When you’re finished, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to see that you have at least
an extra 5 – 10 hours (or more) of free time every week, to do whatever you want.
