Let’s talk about the value of launching a patient client or customer reactivation campaign.Â
I’m talking about all of those people that you haven’t heard from, haven’t been back in, haven’t purchased from you etc. You don’t know where they are or why they haven’t done business with you.Â
It’s time to launch an effort and that effort consists of two things:
- Sending an emailÂ
- Following up and calling all of those people to make sure they received your email with a special offer to come back into your life, back into your office, buy something from you, etc.
When you have these conversations with these people you’re going to learn why they haven’t been back, why they haven’t bought anything or hired you lately for a specific product service or solution.Â
