Dr. Len Schwartz- How to Generate Referrals Without asking for them
Hey, this is Dr. Len with your cut the yo-yo marketing minute, where you can finally learn how to end the ups and downs of business and control your business growth and income. Everybody loves referrals. Referrals make the best new patients, clients, or customers. The strategy I want to share with you today is how to generate referrals without ever having to ask for them. And it goes like this. Pretend you’ve had a good conversation or face to face meeting with a happy client. Before you let them go, or before you hang up, you say,
“Hey, Bob, one last thing before I let you go, I’m so happy that you’re happy with what we’re doing with and for you. I’m curious, a lot of my clients, just like you have friends and family that would like the same results, they just don’t know where to go, what to do or who to trust. I’m curious. Do you know friends and family like that too?”
So here’s the thing they already do. Your client already knows what to do, where to go and who to trust and that’s you. So, when they share names of people that they want to refer, you get a chance to take it from there. Have a great day.
